Jot Potato is an AI-powered customer-feedback intelligence SaaS built for Mexican SMEs. The platform turns raw customer feedback into actionable insights: root-cause analysis, confidence scoring and directives to guide product decisions.

As product designer, I design the experience end to end: research, journey architecture, interface design and prototyping. My edge: I deliver designs as working coded prototypes through an AI-assisted vibe-coding workflow rather than static mockups — the dev team implements faster, on an already testable base.
